International saxophone camps are common across Europe and Asia—but until now, Japan has had very few. This summer we break that pattern in Osaka.
Faculty from Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Russia, and Georgia: competition winners, global artists, and leaders such as the President of the Japan Saxophone Association—all in one place.
At the core are two private lessons per day—but the heart of Mouton Sax Camp is more than that.
Ensemble rehearsals, concerts mixing faculty and participants, and nights under the same roof talking about music until late: we believe that time builds bonds and growth you can’t get from lessons alone.
We are also planning sightseeing in Osaka so first-time visitors to Japan can enjoy the city as well as the music.
